Engine Options for the Exter

The Exter has Hyundai’s 1.2-litre MPi petrol engine. This engine gives you 82bhp of power and 113.8Nm of torque. You can choose between a five-speed manual transmission (MT) or a five-speed automatic transmission (AMT).

If you prefer to use CNG, Hyundai offers that too! The Exter’s CNG version gives you 68bhp of power and 95Nm of torque. This option only comes with a five-speed manual transmission.

Hyundai was one of the first carmakers to offer a CNG setup similar to Tata’s twin-cylinder technology. They call it the HY-duo CNG system.

Hyundai’s Sunroof Leadership

Hyundai has worked hard to make the sunroof a big part of its cars. They’ve done this by making it locally, which helps them put it in more cars for less money. Now, the sunroof is available on many different Hyundai models, making them a popular choice.
