The inauguration ceremony witnessed a speech by Mr. Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Limited. He reaffirmed the company’s unwavering commitment to the Indian government’s visionary “Make in India” initiative. Mr. Takeuchi unveiled ambitious plans to nearly double the company’s overall production capacity to a remarkable 4 million vehicles per annum within the next 7-8 years.
